MOVING TIPS

• Do not cancel your telephone service at origin until after your move.
• Arrange for final billing/disconnection of telephone, electric, gas/oil, and water services.
• Notify newspaper, lawn service, refuse companies, etc. of termination dates.
• Notify Post Office, publications, credit card organizations, finance/lending institutions, insurance companies, etc. of your change in address.
• Notify Social Security and former employers to simplify obtaining information for tax purposes.
• Arrange for doctor and school records to be forwarded.
